Judge Larry Seidlin has harsh words for Anna Nicole Smith’s former partner Howard K. Stern and the police who investigated her 2007 death in a book set to be released tomorrow, the Associated Press is reporting. Seidlin, who oversaw the televised hearing to determine where Smith would be buried, writes of Stern in The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith: “I think enablers should be punished… How about keeping her off drugs while she was alive? He was with her every day; how about saying no, and if she kicks your ass out, then goodbye and good luck.” Seidlin also writes that he believes someone should be charged with manslaughter in her death, which was ruled an accidental overdose.
