E*Trade is petitioning to have its case against Lindsay Lohan moved out of the actress’ home county of Nassau County, New York. In papers filed May 7 in New York City, the Internet company, which Lohan has sued for $100 million over its Super Bowl ad featuring a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay, asserts that Lohan has not sufficiently demonstrated that she in fact resides in Nassau County, part of Long Island. The company is demanding that the case be moved to Manhattan, where its company headquarters are located. E-Trade also filed hundreds of pages of papers denigrating Lohan, including comments from Internet posters slamming the actress. Calls to Lohan’s lawyer have yet to be returned.
