In Anton Corbijn’s The American, George Clooney is an assassin who wants out of the game. The problem: It appears he has a target on his back. Add in some women who either want to love him or kill him — or both, if we had to guess — and a priest, and you’ve got plenty of hope for sex scenes and long conversations about sins. I’m in.
