The contestants had extra reason to sweat this week as they were tasked with coming up with a commercial for Right Guard Total Defense 5. Who won? Who was fired? And who shockingly quit the show? My full recap will be up at 2 a.m. (UPDATE: Click over to read Dalton Ross’ detailed Celebrity Apprentice recap, now live), but if you have already watched the episode and can’t wait to sound off, then read on after the jump for more. [SPOILER ALERT: Read on only if you have already watched Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice.]

There’s that old saying: If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Well, the Celebrity Apprentice kitchen must be on fire, because this week all the contestants were doing everything in their power to get the hell out of there. Sharon Osbourne missed the entire task due to illness, Cyndi Lauper missed most of the task so she could hang with President Obama down in Washington, D.C. (and may this be the only time that the words “Celebrity Apprentice” and “President Obama” appear in the same post), and Michael Johnson helped complete the task, but then decided to leave the show to go deal with a family matter. (Trump is your family now, Johnson!)

Even though three different celebs flew the coup at one point or another (perhaps realizing their reality TV life simply was no longer worth living without Rod Blagojevich), Trump decided to fire someone who actually did stick around to compete the entire time. And after the women lost, that someone was Selita, who became the first exiting contestant in Celebrity Apprentice history to hit on the elevator operator on the way out. My full recap is now live, but first, let us know what you thought of the episode. Will Obama’s approval ratings rise or fall after appearing on an episode of Celebrity Apprentice? Did you shed a few tears alongside Bret Michaels, who learned his daughter may have diabetes? And have you been able to get that insidious “Funky Godfathaaaaaaaa” jingle out of your head yet?
