Image Credit: Albert L. Ortega/PR PhotosJustin Timberlake is in talks to star in the romantic comedy Friends With Benefits, Deadline reports. Not the current TV pilot, or Paramount’s in-the-works Ashton Kutcher-Natalie Portman film of the same name. But a movie from Screen Gems. The plot: “A headhunter recruits a magazine editor and since each is too busy to find a mate, they agree to sleep together with no strings attached. Things get complicated when the guy falls for the girl, who’s dating someone else.” I just realized I have yet to actually see any of Timberlake’s film acting, but from SNL appearances, I know he can do risqué comedy. And from the looks of him rockin’ this bow tie — and another one as a substitute teacher in the big-screen comedy Bad Teacher, whichhe’s currently filming with ex Cameron Diaz — I suppose he can pull off a head hunter. (Or magazine editor, whichever he plays).

What’s your take on Justin Timberlake: comedy’s new leading man?
