Judge makes preliminary rulings in Dennis Hopper's divorce case
The Associated Press is reporting that a Los Angeles judge has ruled on preliminary issues in Dennis Hopper’s ongoing divorce. Victoria Duffy Hopper, the actor’s wife of almost 14 years, will be allowed to remain on his property, along with their 7 year old daughter, though she must remain at least 10 feet away from him at all times. Hopper must also pay her $12,000 a month in spousal and child support.
Hopper, who is suffering from prostate cancer and was described as “desperately ill” by his attorney, did not attend the hearing. He filed for divorce in January.
