A classic battle of good versus evil, with lots of modern digital effects thrown in. Perseus (Sam Worthington), ”born of god, but raised man,” sets out on a dangerous journey to defeat Hades, Lord of the Underworld (Ralph Fiennes), before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson). The mission takes him to unknown worlds where he encounters demonic and frightening creatures. A remake of the 1981 film, this updated journey to mythical lands is now being released in 3-D, which will be sure to make Sam Worthington look even godlier.
