Nick Nolte may co-star in HBO’s Dustin Hoffman horse-racing drama Luck, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Hoffman plays a longtime gambler in David Milch’s script about the characters surrounding a race track; Nolte would play the trainer of a top racehorse. The role would be Nolte’s first TV role since the 1976 miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man.
