Jillian Michaels is being sued for false advertising by a woman claiming to have been tricked into purchasing a diet supplement endorsed by the celebrity trainer of NBC’s The Biggest Loser, according to the AP. The woman, Christie Christensen, claims she bought Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control supplements last month but has not lost any weight. She’s asking for $5 million in damages. Michaels’ agent was unavailable for immediate comment, but NBC has released a statement: “We cannot comment because we’re not involved with this product and it is not in any way associated with The Biggest Loser or used by the contestants on the show.”
