Just in time for the premiere this spring of Manilow’s new show at Paris Las Vegas — ”the most romantic place on the Strip,” ?he assures us in an Internet spot — the crooner delivers The Greatest Love Songs of All Time, a set of sumptuously arranged love songs culled from all over the place: Broadway (”I Can’t Give You Anything But Love”), the movies (”Where Do I Begin?” from Love Story), even the late 1800s (”When You Were Sweet Sixteen”). Creatively, Manilow does nothing to prune these evergreens. But his vocals have somehow grown silkier with age. B
