After his Saturday morning arrest in West Virginia, comedian Andy Dick has been released from jail. Tom Schaeffer — the manager of Funny Bone, the comedy club where Dick had performed Friday night — confirmed he paid the comedian’s $60,000 bail.

Patty Verbage-Spence of the Cabell County Magistrate Court also confirmed that Dick was arraigned this afternoon. Dick was arrested early Saturday morning on two counts of sexual abuse: The first stems from an incident in which he allegedly grabbed a security guard’s crotch at Rum Runners bar in Huntington, W. Va. The other count stems from another incident in which he allegedly kissed a male bar-goer without invitation. Dick is set to appear in court Feb. 2.
