Weekend Box Office Poll: You seeing 'Avatar'? 'Sherlock'? 'Chipmunks'?

Friday is upon us, PopWatchers, which always leads me to ask you the question: What movie are you going to see this weekend? The box-office glitterati are saying that this weekend should be swept — yet again! — by James Cameron’s Avatar, which just surpassed Lord of the Rings: Return of the King to become the second-highest-grossing movie of all time. But who are these people who are just now seeing Avatar in its fourth weekend? Hopefully not you, dear EW.com reader and entertainment junkie. Though better late than ever seeing what could be the biggest movie of all time, I suppose…
But, if you have indeed seen Avatar, there are lots of other options: Sherlock Holmes, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Daybreakers, and Leap Year are predicted to round out the box office’s top five this weekend.
