CBS to debut 'Miami Medical' in April; 'Rules of Engagement' returns in March

CBS announced today that it will debut the new Jerry Bruckheimer drama Miami Medical on April 2. The series, which focuses on a team of surgeons who work at one of the country’s top trauma facilities, will replace Numb3rs, which will have completed its season order. In other midseason moves, the Eye will bring back the three-year-old comedy Rules of Engagement on March 1 while the freshman comedy Accidentally on Purpose will move to Wednesdays beginning March 31 to replace Gary Unmarried. The latter comedy starring Jay Mohr will have also completed its season order.
