Singer Katy Perry and comedian Russell Brand are engaged, according to People Magazine. Brand’s rep confirmed the news to the magazine, while England’s Sun tabloid reported that the comic, who’s dated Perry since the fall, proposed on New Year’s Eve while on vacation in India.
