The nominees for the Spirit Awards were just announced, with Precious, The Last Station, and The Messenger performing particularly well. A couple notes: Overlooked candidates include A Serious Man‘s Michael Stuhlbarg, A Single Man‘s Julianne Moore, and That Evening Sun‘s Hal Holbrook.
