Comedy Central has landed the exclusive syndication rights to FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the first time a basic cable network will air reruns of another basic cable network’s ongoing TV series, reports Variety. (Currently airing its fifth season, FX has secured the black comedy through its seventh season.) Sunny will begin airing second-run episodes on Comedy Central next summer.
