Ratings: 'NCIS' and CBS continue Tuesday reign

Once again, CBS dominated primetime Tuesday, winning all three time slots, according to early Nielsen estimates. Though both NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles took slight dips week-to-week (down 7 percent each), they handily topped the 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. hours. The Good Wife held steady.
