The AP reports that a search warrant was filed Thursday in a Houston court allowing authorities to collect manslaughter evidence against Michael Jackson’s cardiologist, Conrad Murray, who was with Jackson at the time of his death. Though previous reports have indicated that Murray could be charged with manslaughter, this warrant is the first official confirmation of the investigation. Authorities used the warrant to seize items from Murray’s Houston clinic. People adds that the focus of the raid was to seize Murray’s computer hard-drive in order to find potentially incriminating emails.
