OxiClean pitchman Billy Mays, who passed away Saturday at the age of 50, may have had heart disease according to a preliminary autopsy, reports People. Hillsborough County Medical Examiner Vernard Adams said Mays “had an enlarged heart, a thickening of the wall of the ventricle which takes blood to the heart.” The official cause of death along with final autopsy results will not be known for weeks.

Update: On August 7, the results of Mays’ autopsy revealed that cocaine use had contributed to his heart disease. [Yahoo!]
