The Los Angeles County Coroner will conduct an autopsy on Michael Jackson today. Some results could be revealed today, though most are expected to take longer. Jackson collapsed in his rented Los Angeles mansion yesterday, suffering an apparent cardiac arrest. His heart and breathing had stopped and his personal physician, who was with him in his home, was unable to resuscitate him. Paramedics transferred the singer to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center at 1:14 p.m. PST. He was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m. PST and was transferred to the Coroner’s office a few hours later.
