Given that it is the week of the gigantic (but totally awesome) nerd-fest that is E3, it’s only fitting to ask: What will be the Must videogame of the summer? Your choices: Nintendo’s Wii Sports Resort, a sequel to the game originally bundled in with the Wii console that offers ping pong, frisbee, basketball, sky diving, and other sun-related fun; Ghostbusters, an adaptation of the beloved ’80s franchise (available for every major console); Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3, Xbox 360, and Windows), a spin-off of the enduring franchise based on the DC graphic novels; Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, a spaghetti-Western themed prequel for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360; finally, the evergreen Madden franchise, to be available for each console. John Madden himself may have retired this year, but his football simulation series is still going strong with a 2010 installment. Which of these is your Must of the summer, gamers? Or is there another title that’s caught your eye? Share your thoughts below!
