It doesn’t seem so long ago that Anvil were a Where-are-they-now?-file-dwelling Canadian heavy metal band. But the recent, absolutely excellent, documentary Anvil! The Story of Anvil has raised the band’s profile enough for Jimmy Kimmel to invite founding members  Steve “Lips” Kudlow and drummer Robb Reiner on his show tonight. Meanwhile, Kimmel musical guests are Airborne Toxic Event.

If you have yet to experience the metal-tastic majesty of Anvil! The Story of Anvil (see trailer below) please do so as soon as possible. Whatever your taste in music, I promise you won’t regret it. And if you have seen the film feel free drop us a line to tell me why I’m right.
