EW’s obsession with Logo’s delightful reality-competition romp RuPaul’s Drag Race never ends, does it? But we’re not ashamed — this is a damn good (errr, rather, over-the-top-bad) show! Today in Drag Race news: casting for season 2! Logo launched the casting website, which comes complete with a video plea from season 1 runner-up Nina Flowers for “the fiercest, most fabulous queens” to apply. Yes, please! Get out that Vaseline (for blurring purposes, of course) and your iPhones, queens! You’ve got 53 days (a ticker on the website counts it down for you) to put on your “face, face, face, beauty face.”

Based on voting from website users, one contestant from the upcoming season (debuting in early 2010) will be chosen in online casting. In just a few hours of voting, hopeful WholeLottaLove is winning, although she doesn’t even have a video uploaded yet. (Get it up there, gurl!) Last year, it was actually Nina Flowers (pictured with Ru) that got cast for the competition after submitting to the website.

Besides perusing the profiles is — and watching Flowers give her campy spiel — there’s something delicious about reading through the application requirements and tips. Video tip No. 1? “Do not submit items that contain pornography or extreme grotesque violence.” Awww, Logo, what gives you the idea that drag queen hopefuls would submit anything pornographic? Okay, that’s actually probably pretty apt.

Another great tidbit is the approved song list for video submissions. You don’t have to lip sync (“for your life!”) to apply, but I’d wager a bet that you’re not gonna get votes if you don’t! The approved list, after the jump…

Ace of Base: “The Sign”
Alicia Keys: “Fallin'”
The Bangles: “Manic Monday”
Britney Spears: “Toxic”
Britney Spears: “Oops!…I Did It Again”
Britney Spears: “Stronger”
Celine Dion: “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now”
Celine Dion: “I Drove All Night”
Cyndi Lauper: “Girls Just Want to Have Fun”
Deborah Cox: “Who Do U Love”
Eurythmics: “Here Comes The Rain Again (Live)”
Eurythmics: “Sisters Are Doin’ It For Themselves”
Eurythmics: “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)”
Gloria Estefan: “Turn The Beat Around”
Lauryn Hill: “Doo Wop (That Thing)”
Mariah Carey: “I’ll Be There”
Martina McBride: “Independence Day”
The Pointer Sisters: “I’m So Excited”
Rebbie Jackson: “Centipede”
Teena Marie: “Lovergirl”
TLC: “Creep”

Loving this random list, but a lot of great drag anthems are missing. (I mean, even some of this season’s “lip sync for your life” songs, like Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All” and Michelle Williams’ “We Break the Dawn” aren’t here. And what about RuPaul’s “Supermodel” or new, super-amazing tune “Cover Girl”?)

If you were applying for the show, what would you “lip sync for you life” to? Think beyond the above list! And actually, let’s just put it out there: You gonna apply?
