Tyra Banks took the stand today in New York City at the trial of the man accused of stalking the host of America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show. Brady Green, 38, was arrested last year when he tried to enter the Manhattan building where The Tyra Banks Show tapes. Banks testified that scared staffers warned her to stay in her dressing room. “I was about to leave, and a bunch of people from my staff were like, ‘Stop, no, you can’t leave!'” Banks recalled. “I know I have fans, but I’ve never in my entire career had my staff react this way.” While Banks said she hired additional security in the wake of the incident, and that she still fears for her safety, Green’s attorney portrayed his client as an innocuous fan. If convicted of stalking, harassment and criminal trespass, Green could be sentenced to 90 days in jail.
