Fox and Wanda Sykes are back in business. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that the network is in final negotiations to give the comedienne a Saturday late-night talk-show. Tentatively slated for a fall premiere, the hourlong show, which will include a discussion panel and field segments, will replace MadTV.

Sykes, who currently costars on CBS’s The New Adventures of Old Christine, starred in her own shortlived Fox sitcom, Wanda at Large, back in 2003.
