The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office confirms that Rihanna is working with prosecutors in their case against Chris Brown, who has been charged with felony counts of assault and making criminal threats for allegedly attacking her. A rep for the L.A. D.A.’s office told EW via email today: “We have been dealing with her attorney who has said she is a cooperatingvictim.” The statement refutes reports that circulated over the weekend saying the singer was not cooperating. Brown’s rescheduled arraignment will take place April 6, but Rihanna is not required to attend. –Additional reporting by Margeaux Watson
