If you haven’t seen this week’s Office yet, head for the nearest exit. Everyone else, read on…

The new boss at Dunder Mifflin may want to familiarize himself with the company’s non-compete policy, because I’m hearing yet another employee will be joining Pam and Michael at the newly-formed Michael Scott Paper Co.

Actually, make that an ex-employee: Ryan!

Yep, sources confirm that in an upcoming ep Michael will offer his onetime boss (played by B.J. Novak) a position at his upstart, and I’m told he will accept. Of course, based on the promo we saw at the end of last night’s ep — showing a now-bleach-blond Ryan slumming it as a bowling alley manager — he’s hardly in a position to turn him down.

Who’ll defect next? How long do you think these warring factions will go at it before we get our old Office back? Are you embracing this truly game-changing plot as much as I am? Sound off below!
