The Supreme Court will hear arguments today to determine if an anti-Hillary Clinton documentary called Hillary: The Movie and its televised promotional clips should be regulated the same way as political ads during election seasons, reports the Associated Press. A conservative group called Citizens United wanted to pay for the film to appear on video-on-demand during Clinton’s bid for the Democratic presidential nomination last year, in addition to running ads on television. But their efforts were thwarted by federal judges who said the movie was tantamount to a political attack ad, and would fall under the McCain-Feingold law if shown on television.
