Representatives for Clay Aiken have confirmed reports that the singer is no longer signed with his longtime label, RCA Records. “We were unable to come to terms in a recent contract negotiation and decided that it was best to move on,” said the American Idol alum’s camp in a statement. Aiken signed with RCA in 2003 shortly after placing second on Idol. RCA declined to comment on the news.
