Today we celebrate a man responsible, among many other things, for perhaps the most famous inspirational speech of the 20th century, and tomorrow the nation will bear witness to perhaps equally historic feats of rhetorical uplift and warm fuzziness. But what about the inspirational speeches of cinema? As this what-did-we-ever-do-without-YouTube mash-up demonstrates, they all pretty much follow the same basic, goosebumply formula. Enjoy!
