Think you know movies? Test your trivia skills in Scene It?: Box Office Smash, an Xbox version of the popular DVD board game. To check it out, we went four rounds with McG, director of Charlie’s Angels and the upcoming Terminator Salvation.

Round 1:
McG can’t get the hang of the game’s buzzer controller, mistakenly answering Drop Dead Gorgeous when he meant Election. He quickly rebounds by recognizing a nebulous rendering of I Am Legend. McG likes what he sees so far. The score is tied — it’s anyone’s game at this point.

Round 2:
Despite not having a vivid memory of classics like I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry and Big Top Pee-wee during a movie-prop guessing game, McG pulls ahead. Refusing to trash-talk, he declares, ”This is pretty damn fun!”

Round 3:
McG struggles to chronologically order four Jodie Foster films. (Correct answer: Taxi Driver, The Accused, Panic Room, Nim’s Island.) He makes up for it by ID’ing distorted images of Grace Kelly, Catherine O’Hara, John Wayne, and Martin Lawrence. ”I would never leave the house if I had this,” he says. ”Don’t send it to me!”

Round 4:
McG has no problem with his recollection of Beverly Hills Cop, particularly the name of Judge Reinhold’s character (Billy Rosewood). In the end, the director notches a decisive victory. ”I’m gonna get it,” he says. ”I’m gonna waste time like hell!” If the new Terminator is late, now you know what to blame.
