Fans of TV on the Radio — whose Dear Science drops Sept. 23 — are hardly the target audience for a family drama like Rachel Getting Married. But they might want to see this one. TVOTR’s Tunde Adebimpe charms as the groom, especially in a scene where he nixes standard vows in favor of a wistful take on Neil Young’s ”Unknown Legend.” By the end, there isn’t a dry eye at the wedding.
