What’s on your Must List this week? I’m rather enjoying the emergence of Josh Bernstein — and Josh Bernstein’s adorable flappy hats and facial hair — on the aptly titled new Discovery Channel series Into the Unknown with Josh Bernstein. Would I have still liked last night’s episode if I hadn’t been imagining Josh as a solo Amazing Race player who’s so far ahead of the pack, he’s resorted to giving oral presentations about culture and history himself in lieu of the Phil Keoghan voiceover? I’ll find out, next Monday at 10, when Josh seeks out “The Lost Gold of Timbuktu.”
