(FROM VARIETY) ? Leonardo DiCaprio is starring in Paramount Pictures’ biopic Atari, about Nolan Bushnell, one of the founding fathers of the videogame industry. Bushnell founded Atari in 1972 with Ted Dabney. Among the company’s inventions were the original Atari 2600 console and Pong. The project was written by Craig Sherman and Brian Hecker (Bart Got a Room). DiCaprio, who will also produce through his Appian Way, is shooting Martin Scorsese?s Shutter Island for Warner Bros.
