YouTube guitar prodigy -- A Japanese tot becomes an Internet rock star

YouTube guitar prodigy

Step aside, Slowhand. There’s a new guitar whiz blowing our minds — and he’s only 8. Japanese prodigy Yuto Miyazawa has already racked up more than 14,000 views for his YouTube video montage, in which he shows off his mastery of the mighty ax. (To find the clip, just search his name on YouTube) Standing shyly on stage, the tiny-fingered little guy solos furiously through tunes like Cream’s ”Crossroads” and Ozzy Osbourne’s ”Crazy Train,” using a wicked polka-dotted Flying V that’s as big as his entire body. He also sings the lyrics (or something) in a squeaky mumble. Who says kids today don’t know their classics?
