Virtuoso plastic surgeons McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Troy (Julian McMahon) welcome guest stars galore (Rosie O’Donnell, Catherine Deneuve, Kathleen Turner…) in a tantalizingly addictive season 4. BEST EPISODE ”Reefer” lets Walsh cut up as a boozy Santa and McMahon show his softer side. BEST EXTRA ”The Cutting Edge” details eye-popping procedures like fixing ectrodactyly (lobster-claw syndrome) and grafting a human ear onto a mouse (which a real M.D. says isn’t possible yet). A-
