With killer-dummy flick Dead Silence hitting theaters March 16, we thought it was time for an animated look at cinema’s creepiest dolls of all time.

Attention homeowners: As soon as you realize that your house is haunted, remove any and all clown dolls. This will prevent a lot of fuss and muss.

DOLLS (1987)
An old couple who live in an eerie mansion manufacture toys with a penchant for murder. This is what happens when we don’t encourage the elderly to retire at 65.

Chucky makes his film debut. Sporting some deceivingly dorky overalls, the little fella swears like a drunken sailor and brandishes pointy weapons.

TOY STORY (1995)
The mutant doll-headed/spider-legged beast created by neighborhood bully Sid was so disturbing, it gave our Betsy Wetsy doll nightmares.
