It’s Typecasting Week here in TV, as networks announce three new pilots that will in no way challenge their lead actors!

First, Amy “RICK RICK RICK RICK” Poehler will star as a bratty kid in Nickelodeon’s new animated series, Mighty B. Poehler describes her character, Bessie, as “an optimistic child ‘who believes she can grow up to be a rock star, actress, politician and brain surgeon all at the same.'” I say once more: RICK RICK RICK RICK!

Next up, TNT has announced that it’s in negotiations for two shows: Heartland, in which everyone’s favorite Everwood doc, Treat Williams, will play… a surgeon, and Grace in which Holly Hunter — a tough Southerner who once played a cop (pictured) in that one movie where Sigourney Weaver was being stalked by Harry Connick Jr. — will star as a tough Southern cop. For the record, TNT is also swearing this show is nothing like The Closer, which stars Kyra Sedgwick as a tough Southern cop. OK, then!

One final un-casting note: TNT has also cancelled Saved, TomEverett Scott’s strangely-entrancing-because-it’s-so-all-over-the-placeEMT series. Poor Tom Everett Scott. I like him. Will someone pleasefind something worthwhile for that boy to do? Perhaps, I dunno… hecould play, like, a drummer! In, like, a young rock band that’s juststarting to make it big! Or a werewolf! Yeah!
