Just when we thought there wasn’t anyone who’d make Britney and K-Fed look dignified, along come Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock. Fresh from their whirlwind wedding tour — on a yacht in St. Tropez (July 29), at a Beverly Hills courthouse (Aug. 3), and on stage at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville (Aug. 17) — the couple both filed for divorce on Nov. 27, citing irreconcilable differences. (That’s almost one ceremony for every month married, in case you’re counting at home.) ”Yes, it’s true,” Anderson wrote in a posting on her website. ”Unfortunately impossible.” What’s not impossible: Their split may have been spurred by another man — Borat Sagdiyev. According to reports, the pair separated shortly after Rock threw a hissy fit at a private screening of Borat. Apparently, he was enraged by his wife’s cameo in Sacha Baron Cohen’s hilarious study in Anderson worship and other American customs. For an actress whose résumé includes Baywatch, V.I.P., Barb Wire, and Stacked, Borat was a step up, but we’d think that would be readily apparent to the costar of ex-Creed singer Scott Stapp’s sex tape.
