We got a pink-powdered-sugar high while gazing at Sofia Coppola’s upcoming MARIE ANTOINETTE — a cinematic confection (in theaters Oct. 20) that depicts the party-hearty lifestyle of the French queen. Played by Kirsten Dunst, the capricious royal was bounced from her gilded world by some rowdy revolutionaries and escorted to the guillotine in 1793. A sad tale, indeed. Lucky for us, we can still indulge in her bon vivant way of life over 200 years later.
