The sound of an approaching locomotive drives this spot, about the impending collision of two people (Kate Winslet and Patrick Wilson) caught in an affair. A brilliant short film, these 90 seconds constitute the leading candidate for Trailer of the Year. A

Curse of the Golden Flower
Sumptuous and epic, the latest from Zhang Yimou (Hero) also looks a little…standard. We’ve seen thousands of warriors teeming in the palace courtyard. Even with Chow Yun-Fat and Gong Li, it feels been there, seen that. B
