-Who wants to know the odds for their office’s Emmys pool? (Um, your office does have an Emmys pool, right? No? Anyone? Bueller?) If so, as of this writing, betting site says the favorites are Grey’s Anatomy (Drama Series), The Office (Comedy Series), and lead performers Denis Leary, Kyra Sedgwick, Steve Carell and Jane Kaczmarek.

-Sprint cellphone users may want to take advantage of this info, since on Sunday night, they can compete in a live wireless Emmy prediction contest. Jeff Probst is hosting and competing as well.

-One of those grumbling about the Emmys — since she didn’t win at Saturday’s Creative Arts Emmy ceremony — is Rosie O’Donnell, who gripes as only she can: in free verse, with photos.

-In fact, given the controversy over this year’s slate of nominees, few folks seem to have anything nice to say about the Emmys, but the Hollywood Reporter grits its teeth and dredges up a few tongue-in-cheek compliments.

-Watch out, Isaac Mizrahi! NBC has announced that Project Runway‘s Tim Gunn is anchoring the official Emmy red-carpet pre-show, along with Access Hollywood‘s Maria Menounos.
