Our favorite ”Rock Star” contestants

Toby Rand
Why He’ll Win The Australian impressed the judges with an acoustic version of Bob Dylan’s ”Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.” Even former Guns N’ Roses member Gilby Clarke — who knows from ”Knockin”’ covers — gave him props.
Why He Won’t His hunky looks might be a bit too pretty-boy for an allegedly edgy rock band.

Dilana Robichaux
Why She’ll Win Her statue-still, hooded performance of Nirvana’s ”Lithium” proved that the deep-voiced South African knows how to work a room — and impersonate a Sith lord.
Why She Won’t Working the stage, however, proved more difficult. When she finally began to move around, Dilana looked like a chicken having an epileptic fit.

Lukas Rossi
Why He’ll Win His rousing, episode-ending take on Billy Idol’s ”Rebel Yell” was the evening’s perfect exclamation point. And we love the white dinner jacket and smear of fuchsia eye shadow.
Why He Won’t Though he’s got the ”more, more, more” yelling down pat, the verdict is still out on the quality of Rossi’s voice.

Storm Large
Why She’ll Win The Famke Janssen look-alike has solid pipes and an X-traordinary stage presence, seducing both the band and the audience with ”Pinball Wizard.” And yes, that is her real name. The woman was born for this!
Why She Won’t It’s unclear if Tommy Lee would rather play in a band — or in bed — with her. Maybe both.
