Season 3 of this medical comedy is its looniest, with a series of increasingly absurd dream-sequence cutaways and odd cameos (Erik Estrada, the Soup Nazi, George Takei). It’s also the horniest: Almost everyone is trying to score, including J.D. (Zach Braff) and Elliot (Sarah Chalke), whose relationship reaches new heights of on-and-offness. One warning: Scrubs: Complete Third Season has too many earnest voice-overs. EXTRAS A frank look at NBC’s demands to sex up the show, and some backhanded compliments for guest star Tara Reid — apparently, she does her best work as a chain-smoking skank.
