TV theme songs are important

This brilliant little cliplet furnished my least-forced laugh of the day — so far (they’re singing Elvis on Idol tonight, I understand).

The simple premise (and consider these your marching orders, my Final Cut-wielding web orcs): Overlay TV clips with incongruous musical themes from other shows. The results can be ironic, absurd, or (as in this clip) both. Truth be told, this one is just OK-funny… until it comes to the third clip. Then it leaps into a very special kind of insanity. I’ll say no more: Watch (and listen) for yourselves.
