Tune your browser to the always diverting Channels 101 and 102, home to some of the weirdest original Internet videos on the Web. I’d personally recommend:

Channel 101: Yacht Rock, a mock-rock-doc (eight five-minute episodes so far!) that reimagines the history of “smooth-itude” (embodied by Kenny Loggins, Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, and others) as a kind of polyester West Side Story, with Hall and Oates as the heavies. The stories behind the lyrics of some of your favorite songs are told. Dragon and Tennille become Captain and Tennille. People are impaled with harpoons. To quote the show: “Bless you, Loggins!”

Channel 102: The deeply disturbing Puppet Rapist (pictured) is one of the funniest things I’ve run across in recent memory, and that includes the clown I ran into with my Schwinn last week. I know you’re already drafting incensed letters to the editor. All I have to say is: Watch it first, before you post. It does not glorify puppet rape, but it’s a pretty slick homage to cop shows.
