Good news, Bluth fans: It’s looking more and more like a renewed Arrested Development could land at Showtime. Via TV Tattle comes this report in trade publication TV Week (registration required) detailing the show’s negotiations with possible white knights ABC and Showtime. ABC has reportedly offered a one-season deal (13 episodes), while Showtime’s offer is for two seasons. However, TV Week’s sources say that ABC is unlikely to stand by its offer because of the show’s continued low ratings, which wouldn’t be an issue on pay service Showtime. Either way, cross your fingers.
