How much, according to trade publication Broadcasting & Cable, did the FCC fine in 2005? $0. (That’s right: zero dollars.) Just wondering: Did TV magically clean up its act after the Janet Jackson fiasco (left), or did the FCC become less sensitive to indecency complaints after the election was over?
