Tony Yayo aimlessly spews nonsense like a potty-mouthed adolescent throughout Thoughts of a Predicate Felon, from the drooling R&B-laced single ”Curious” to ”I’m So High,” the token tokin’ dud. Is it too late to send this menace back to the big house?
