Looks like the music of the Bee Gees will be ”Stayin’ Alive” in a big way in 2006, according to Billboard‘s interview with the group’s co-manager. Yes, folks, you heard right — widespread outbreaks of ”Night Fever” will sweep the globe over the next 18 months.

* Paul McCartney, Wyclef Jean, Jagged Edge, Rascal Flatts, Snoop Dogg, and Sheryl Crow are all in the studio cutting tracks for a Babyface-produced tribute album to Bee Gees member Maurice Gibb (bottom left), who died in 2003.

* Late 2006 will see the London and New York premieres of You Win Again, a stage musical structured around the band’s hit singles.

* A Bee Gees book, a TV special, a July 4 concert in New York’s Central Park, and a Saturday Night Fever remake are all being considered, too.

Which begs the question: ”How Deep Is Your Love” for the Bee Gees?
